Welcome to Mrs. Mitchell’s Kindergarten Class!

 We will be working on the word families -op.  We will read, write, and identify words with -op.  We will work on rhyming words and recognize word families. We will also begin having spelling tests every other week.  We have two weeks to work with and learn the words.  Your assistance is greatly appreciated.    Please continue to help your child review the letters/ sounds and words we are working on daily.

 Every Monday your child will receive homework for the week.  Please help your child to complete the homework and return it to school by Friday.
 Please send the folder to school each day.  We will be recording your child's behavior for the day on the calendar inside the folder. Thank you for your positive support and encouragement to your child each day!
